In 2011, we realized that we needed to hire a new Financial Reporting Analyst who would have not only the right personality and technical skills for the position but also would be ready to work in a very unique role. Six months went by and after reviewing hundreds of candidate resumes and in-person interviewing dozens of candidates we weren’t any closer to finding the right person for our job opening.

With pressure mounting to fill our position, we were given the rare opportunity to add a new vendor to our vendor list.
