In 2011, we realized that we needed to hire a new Financial Reporting Analyst who would have not only the right personality and technical skills for the position but also would be ready to work in a very unique role. Six months went by and after reviewing hundreds of candidate resumes and in-person interviewing dozens of candidates we weren’t any closer to finding the right person for our job opening.
